The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

The staff were so nice, the breakfast was one of the best I´ve had, the room was good and the beds super, the location was good - about 20 minutes walk from the centrum, but the staff was the best :)

The property is absolutely stunning – a true Florentine palazzo with breathtaking historical interiors and modern comfort. The suite was spacious, elegant, and beautifully decorated, combining heritage with luxury.
