Our dog absolutely loved your branded dog cookies – they smell amazing! The pillow spray was a very nice, thoughtful touch adding to the comfort. The restaurant is delicious. All staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The live piano music during breakfast played by a very fine pianist was the perfect, elegant way to start the morning, and the pastry selection is simply fabulous!

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Castrocaro. The rich history of the hotel added so much character, and the thermal spa was absolutely rejuvenating. A perfect blend of elegance, relaxation, and heritage. Special mention to the bartender at the Lounge Bar Cini – incredibly skilled and welcoming, his cocktails were a real highlight of our evening!
