All new and clean. The stuff very nice and helpful. Amazing breakfast where you can also choose to have something fresh from the kitchen. We received an upgrade when we arrived, instead of our double doom we received the deluxe room and it was very nice. They also have sauna and jacuzzi for an extra fee. And the view and location just perfect in front of the lake.

Laveno was a very good choice for visiting Lake Maggiore: it’s peaceful and very convenient to discover the islands by boat. The decoration and the facilities of the hotel were very fine. Especially the food was delicious.

All was great. It is brand new building and all facilities. Floors with heating, good furnished kitchen, designed for comfort - there is wonderful backyard with lakeish view. It is private closed territory. Great WiFi. We plan to back there some time- so got it was.

I had a fantastic stay. The location is perfect for exploring the nearest lakes, the room are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Simply beautiful. Fabulous hotel which oozes class. Wonderful location right on the waterfront with gardens and a beach. Quiet one-way road plus cycle track into Pallenza. Great pool and lovely restaurant.

Lovely apartment with modern decor and great facilities, garage parking very close to the apartment. Staff were extremely helpful. Great having the hotel facilities available to us including a swimming pool, gym and restaurant. The restaurant was exceptionally good. The location was great as you could walk along the lakeside into the town in about 5 minutes.

We are on the Varese shores of Lake Maggiore, in the town of Laveno-Mombello.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE - Family owned hotel & spa, on the lake. Human size. Sympathatic team. Restaurant is excellent and the wine card is just crazy ! The spa is brand new, nice swimming pool, with sauna, turkish bath, showers, transat with view on the lake. Nice room all with view on the lake and montain. Nice parking even for big car... WE DO RECOMMAND THAT PLACE !
