What’s not to like? It’s a beautifully presented property with lovely large rooms excellent long and wide beds, a well appointed bathroom, nice grounds and lovely views of the lake and mountains. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the breakfast room well appointed and a great selection for breakfast. The room was equipped with kettle and a fridge with complimentary water, nicely chilled.

This place is incredible. Everyone is extremely friendly, the service was incredible. I’m definitely coming back with more friends and family. It was worth the price. I ordered breakfast to the room and it was laid out beautifully. I can’t emphasise how amazing the staff were.

Prime location to visit and get to know Como Excellent point , very walkable area , nice shops , supermarkets. Easy access to the main train station San Giovanni .. And do not forget to visit the Terrazza 241 Rooftop Staff was incredible ! Kudos to Henry for his help and guidance arranging our daily activities.

Fantastic building and overall feeling. Smiling and helpful people everywhere. Really nice big room, with a great mattress and pillows. We had dinner in their restaurant, which was really tasty! Breakfast was amazing!
