Our experience at Magic Place Bergamo was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, Giulia, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. Communicating with her was a real joy - she was always available, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The apartment itself is simply fantastic. Located in a great area, it offers both convenience and charm. The interior is beautifully decorated with attention to detail, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. What really stood out is how functional the place is (something that often gets overlooked in well-designed spaces). Here, beauty and practicality go hand in hand. Everything was spotlessly clean, and every amenity was thoughtfully provided. After long days of exploring Bergamo and the surrounding Lombardy region, coming back to the apartment felt like returning home. Both the living area with the kitchen and the bedroom are air-conditioned, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, from cooking utensils to coffee and tea supplies. What truly surprised and delighted me was the attention to detail - even laundry detergent and fabric softener were available! It's clear that Giulia has thought of everything to make guests feel completely at ease. Normally, I’m quite generous with my reviews and willing to overlook minor flaws - but in this case, there was absolutely nothing to criticize. Even if I tried, I wouldn’t find a single thing to complain about. If the rating scale allowed it, I would gladly give a score of 100 out of 10! Very close to train station and to airport. A lot of restaurants around. 10-15 min by foot to center and funicular. Very polite personnel!
