Staff are very helpful, called us few times to give us the directions, also provided us a free parking for two days we stayed. Room is spacious and spotless. Everything is perfect.

Everything was perfect, the hotel was beautiful and in a great location (5 mins walk from the center so it was near but not too loud). The room was gorgeous and breakfast was delicious. We particularly loved the spa where we enjoyed the sauna, steam room and salt room, as well as the outdoor heated jacuzzi. It is expensive but worth it!

Excellent hotel up in the hills of Varenna, very peaceful and I can imagine it's an Ideal location in the busy months away from the main town. Rita was the perfect hostess, very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was fantastic and the room was perfect and a great size, would highly recommend. My friend and I only stayed one night so feel that we couldn't appreciate it as much as we would have liked! It's a steep climb up cobbles to the top but we enjoy a challenge! Just be careful as very slippery in the wet! Rita kindly offered for us to be picked up from the station or you can get a taxi 😊 Also a short walk up to the castle which is well worth a visit for the history and stunning views

We booked very late in the evening but the host organised everything very quickly. Livio just is the best host you can wish during your stay in Como. The room was very clean and cosy. We still cannot believe what we saw, the view is just breathtaking. Waking up to a wonderful lake of Como, sounds of birds, in the middle of mother nature. We bought some lemons and limes from the garden of Livio’s. We immediately started to organise our next stay before leaving. This place is a piece from heaven.. Everything was super. Lake is just near the apartment. I wake up early morning and straight into the water. Parking good. The staff was very nice. The location is good and easy to find. Beautiful place. Definitely, we coming back. Love this place 💚 ...
