The room is simply amazing. Great choice of furniture, colors, everything is new and clean. The room is quite big and you have everything you might need. The staff is very friendly, the check in was very smooth. The location of the property is also really good, as you can park nearby and the city centre is very near. Simply great.

- the key handover was easy, - we found a parking spot in the blue zone around the corner = not free, but cheap - wifi is excellent - the 'cornetto con crema' (creme anglaise) in the bakery was very good, the owner there was very friendly and a cheer-up in the morning (absolutely not annoying if you want to be left alone in the mornings)

Incredible stay - perfect balance between a luxury stay in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities, and exceptional experience/immersion which makes it different from all other hotels. You can "dose" it how you like: if you want to use this only as a charming boutique hotel, you can, as the location is incredible, service is excellent (shuttle service to parking lot, adorable staff, delicious breakfast and aperitif, great room, incredible cave thermal pool). If however you want to experience something different and take advantage of the immersive experience (and you are never pushed to do so), it's very well done and gives you a really different "stay" that you will remember.

The breakfast was plentiful and simply delicious, fruit, yoghurt, savory breads and tomato, cheese and salami and about 4 sweet morsels to taste as well as juice and several coffees, all presented by the most gorgeous hosts. Loved being able to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast in the beautiful sunshine. We loved the room and appreciated the help to carry our very heavy bags up the stairs. It was cool, spacious and superbly comfortable.
