We had a very comfortable room with a small terrace and a view over one of the Temples. The restaurant was excellent both for food and drinks (high quality wines). The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide useful travel tips.

The Doric Eco Boutique Resort & Spa is a hidden gem that offers everything you could possibly want in a luxury getaway. From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Their kindness and attentiveness were unmatched—from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful “to-go” breakfast box they prepared for us when we had to leave early. Special shoutout to Mario and Luca, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They made us feel truly at home. As for the resort itself, the setting is simply breathtaking. The views of the valley and surrounding countryside are unparalleled, while the eco-luxury design of the resort combines modern comfort with a peaceful, nature-infused atmosphere. We stayed in a room with a private pool, and it was the perfect way to unwind. Spacious, comfortable, and tranquil, it was the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Dining here was an experience in itself, and each meal exceeded expectations. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor, paired with some excellent wine recommendations. Dining with the stunning views of the valley and nearby temples was an unforgettable experience that we’ll cherish. The thoughtful touches, incredible staff, and amazing amenities made this an experience we’ll remember for years to come. We couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to come back—next time, for a much longer stay!

Friendly and helpful staff. Large, warm room with all the creatures comforts (kettle, tv, bath, lifts) and the balcony with fantastic views over the Valley of Temples. 24 hour reception with an actual person greeting us, taking bags to the room booking a table in the hotel restaurant for dinner etc. It truly was the place to recharge our batteries during our travel across Sicily!

New, clean and comfortable. The bed is really comfortable and the room is spacious. The breakfast on the terrace is extremely good for positive start of the day. The bathroom was very clean and equipped with everything you need.
