He always responded quickly and assisted us with any questions. Special thanks to Ali, the waiter at Ozzu Delmar beach, for his excellent service. First of all the staff: corteous, competent, smiling: in the dining hall, on the beach premises, in the lobby. During our stay at the hotel there have also been some busy days: staff members didn't change attitude: they always met us with a smile, a kind word, trying to take care of a wish or the expressed need. A special compliment goes to Babyrose, Antika and Uday who made us "feel at home". Then we liked the wonderful, long, sandy beach, perfect for walks and enjoy the arabic sea. For those who like to swim it's a very good place: you can have nice swims both in the sea (usually calm, warm water) and in the large pool of the hotel: we never found it overcrowded; there were separate, bounded areas for children and adults. We also liked the food. We stayed for six nights so we decided to have three dinners at hotel enjoying the buffet and went out for three other nights. Along the beach, within walking distance there are various schacks which serve good food, especially fish and, if you wish (as we did) you can enjoy it right on the shore, in front of the sea. But also the food served at the buffet of the resort was good and varied with many indian - and goan - dishes. Same to say for the breakfast with a pretty big choice were you could have indian specialities or more - for us - traditionals like bread, toasts, cakes, butter, eggs or whatever (including fresh fruit juices). Last but not least, we appreciated together with the huge, lush garden (and the many birds), the cleanliness of the property: there was allways somebody around cleaning or tyding up.

For those who like to swim it's a very good place: you can have nice swims both in the sea (usually calm, warm water) and in the large pool of the hotel: we never found it overcrowded; there were separate, bounded areas for children and adults. We also liked the food. We stayed for six nights so we decided to have three dinners at hotel enjoying the buffet and went out for three other nights. Along the beach, within walking distance there are various schacks which serve good food, especially fish and, if you wish (as we did) you can enjoy it right on the shore, in front of the sea. But also the food served at the buffet of the resort was good and varied with many indian - and goan - dishes. Same to say for the breakfast with a pretty big choice were you could have indian specialities or more - for us - traditionals like bread, toasts, cakes, butter, eggs or whatever (including fresh fruit juices). Their amenities were good and we enjoyed them. We played badminton and made use of the spa and gym. We had massages and these were excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Attentive and friendly staff helped to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel each day and the food was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes at the Beach Shack. The guys on the Atrium bar make a great cocktail and the lady who greets customers at the buffet restaurant does a great job too. We will definitely return here.

Amazing Beach location, beach towels, pool & room. Perfect for swimmers & sun lovers to chill. Beach hut restaurant service & ambience was great. Loved the Goan music trio & special chef pomfret. Massage & spa great service. There is a good beach shack next to property at beach serving great lunches at 1/3 of price.

Superb breakfast, and great food especially at the beach hut. The service was excellent with the staff always having a smile on their faces and ever ready to help us out even though the resort was pretty packed. Though it’s located far south, the location is more peaceful and results in less hustle bustle. The resorts in house beach is a superb white sand one. Perfect for a nice, quiet and relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend.

Huge space, Nice rooms, Private beach, great breakfast, 24 hours kitchen service (Room Service), any additional request was promptly addressed. You can find someone to help you anytime (day or night). Nice Pool (8:00 to 20:00), good service and staff, can get most of the things you need for a nice vacation.

Access to the beach is very well maintained, the beach itself is sparsely populated, very neat and clean , white sand clean warm water. You can also watch the fisher flock come back with their catch in the mornings. The beach side shack serves you drinks on the beachside. Enjoyed the breakfast, which caters to vide variety of tastes & cultures. Masala Chai was exceptional. Had dinner once, its on the expensive side and didn't feel had value for money paid.

The rooms are nice and the pool side was good. The SPA was great. Food was good as to our like and taste. The breakfast was nice but did not have any continental stuff.Sajib from housekeeping was extremely helpful and efficient

Breakfast was nice, for Lunch I went to the cafe, which had a not so comfortable seating and was congested. While ordering I requested for a dish from Grill, which i was informed that its not working, so it was really disappointing to be seated in a restaurant which was charging money for luxury dine it but they failed to offer what's available in their menu..
