The hotel is very nicely decorated in bright modern style while keeping a very authentic vibe. The hotel was clean and the staff has been very flexible in allowing us with a late check out, and late breakfast too (which was delicious). We appreciated the information on the city provided by the owner as well. Room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the shuttle service from chandpole parking to the hotel as taxis cant navigate the 'arrow streets of udaipur. especially liked the little statue next to the swimming pool which is actually a replica from my hometown mascot, the 'Manneken Pis'

One of the best places we stayed at in India. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and so was the bathroom. We were welcomed with great kindness, and we could even wash our clothes at an excellent price. We had breakfast on the rooftop, and it was delicious.

Everything but the staff kindness and hospitality stood out. Mr Sumeir and Mr Abishek were very helpful but all other staff also were very kind.the infrastructure was amazing and the views were so beautiful.definitely the best hotel I have ever been to. The hotel gave us so many surprises and gifts, it was just amazing.

Best place that we have stayed in world. Unique location. Very good service. The spa is extraordinary ad the treatments unique. Very nice pool area. Th room was spacious and the view to the palace amazing. Very good breakfast with a great variety.

Let me list just some of the many points that make this hotel amazing: - The friendliness and obliging behaviour of all the staff. - The comfortable room, including the bed and the bathroom. - The amazing heated pool. - The marvellous restaurant. - The laundry service. - The spa and massage service. Overall, this young and big hotel made every effort to make our stay in Udaipur comfortable, relaxing and pleasurable. Currently in pre-opening / soft-opening after about 60 days of operations, the staff are a mix of experienced old hands from other 5 star properties, and less experienced folk wo are keen to learn and to make the traveller comfortable. The place is ideal for weddings and big functions, but between such events for us it was a quiet couple's retreat and we enjoyed it immensely. As a same-sex married couple from Europe, we always felt welcomed, respected and never in any way discriminated. All in all, staying at this property was an 11/10 experience for us.
