I loved the way the staff welcomed us, also the main part was we were straight taken to our room for check in, didn't have to wait at the lobby while the check in is happening. Ambika is really nice, she was very helpful in answering all our queries and concerns in a calm way. Sumit the hotel manager was also very nice and good, the staff everyone was really nice to us, we felt very over happy, we were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and it wouldn't have been better in any other place.

Another fabulous Oberoi, stunning views from balcony, comfy bed/pillows, all amenities in room you would require. Service outstanding by all staff, caring and lovely, giving us a few treats to take home. Swimming pool a nice experience.. reception can arrange car with chauffeur to most places for day trip or few hours, they can also arrange packed lunch. Hotel manager came to our breakfast table introduced herself, had a quick chat.

Everything about the property is great! The helpful and super professional staff, ambience, facilities rooms. I would like to mention some special people who made our stay memorable. Mr Vishal, Mr Manish at Front desk had all smiles for us at the arrival and ofcrse after our day end. Mr Vijay n restaurant team were so helpful and quick in all our requests. Our room had great views over the town. Restaurant was good . Service was great and all staff super friendly and helpful, especially Mr Jisham at the reception , who worked magic recovering some sunglasses lost 250 km away!

After a horrendous experience in another hotel we booked a night here for rejuvenation. The room had the most spectacular views, very pleasant decor and super comfy bed. We both had a massage and spent some time by the pool which is set in the most breathtaking landscape.
