Excellent Breakfast. Clean pools and other facilities. Near to all the major attractions. Very cheerful waiters. Front desk staffs were also very good. Just arrogant payment handlers. They were behaving like as if you missed the 10 the emi payment.

The staff here are lovely, so welcoming and friendly. From the minute we arrived we felt that we were looked after and valued as guests. Our room was huge and very comfortable with all the amenities you could wish for. The bathroom was well equipped with plenty of very hot water. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a good range of both Indian and continental options, as well as great coffee. The pool area was lovely with plenty of space and comfortable sun loungers, and good sized clean and cool pool. I had been knocked off my bicycle by a motorcycle a few days before arriving and found this hotel a perfect place to relax and recuperate, so many of the staff looked out for me and enquired about my health it was touching. Its also a good spot to go site seeing from Palace, Zoo all in easy reach. We went out in the evenings to eat and have a beer there are a few good places within walking distance. Special thanks to Norton and Amol (who guarded our bicycles with his life) for their kindness and the reception and cleaning staff for their contribution to our stay.

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for two nights and we had the best experience. Staff is very helpful and professional, bed was super comfortable and room temperature was great. Definitely would stay there again, highly recommended.

We are Genius Traveller, well-traveled and experienced, so we’re qualified to review hotels 😊 Hotel ROOPA We can recommend Hotel Roopa for solo travelers, but you have to book a higher standard. Hotel lives from groups which are accomodated in Standard Double Room – so better book Luxury Room to feel well and have a silent night. Luxury Room has double size comparing Standard Room, so do the Flat-TV and you’ll get much more comfort - price is reasonable. Bed is comfortable, mattresses are new and stable, we slept well. Luxury room has hot water 24/7. 2 bottles of Filterwater are prepeared in room and it is drinkable, do not worry, we tried it out. Staff are very helpful, immediately available, and even friendlier than usual.

Everything about this Resort is excetional. From the guys hand picking the weeds from the grass to the General manager. The pool is spotlessly clean (pool towels from the Spa adjacent). The restaurant is great and all the staff are amazing. We booked for 2 nights in a cottage. Then another 2 in a different room and yet another 2 in a cottage again. Didn't want to leave!
