Exceptional Service and Memorable Stay I had a fantastic experience at your hotel, and I wanted to highlight a few aspects that made my stay truly memorable. First and foremost, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Sashi, who went above and beyond to assist me with my birthday decoration request. He decorated the room beautifully and was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. His attention to detail and positive attitude made my stay extra special. Please pass on my thanks to him! Additionally, the hotel breakfast was outstanding – a wide variety of delicious options. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had a wonderful ambience that I really appreciated. The security measures were also great, providing a sense of safety throughout my stay. Finally, the reception indian pretty lady, while I was checking in (I'm not sure of her name), who was very sweet and friendly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the care taken to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. Exceptional staff went above & beyond to make our stay special despite my partner being ill in bed. Everything was exceptional. Especially the help desk staff Mr. Krishna was very good, much helpful and always at the quick response. Almost all the staffs are very good, respectful and friendly. Best place for the families.

Tasty buffet at breakfast and dinner with a lot of choice, beautiful architecture, dark wood floors and furniture, red tiles, thick pillars, situation on a hill, the view, quiet place, smell of jasmine. etc.
