The hotel staff were fantastic, the most memorable were Rajat , Sailesh, Puruendra (all 3 from dining), Ariff (5th floor House Keeping), Satish Kumar, Arvind and Ram (from Security and car services) and Manish (front desk concierge). Satish was our expert driver and accommodating to our needs; he was very trustworthy. The ability to hire the car and driver was ideal. the breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. The cleaning & hygiene was very poor, Interior was just okay but finishing of it was bad. The room cleaning team was trying to do good but they were not professional so it was poor. I must say to hotel authorities please do pay attention to your working team otherwise it will difficult for the guests as well as for owners. Overall unfortunately it was a disappointed stay !!!
