Ambience and worth for money factor i like much. I like Small but nice Infinity pool. Music while dinner was awesome. Receptionist Sanket Patil very helpful.

That was 10 on 10 stay, being a hotelier from middle east I must say that I got value for money spent at this property. Since our arrival till we left, our stay was wonderful and would like to appreciate following staff members who always had smile on their face and accommodated our requests. I also go an opportunity to meet General Manager of the property. The arrival experience was traditional and amazing (Ramesh Jadhav, Suresh Karki & Leela). At front office (Shweta, Anmol & Dhanashree) were great in fast check in process. In Food and Beverage (Balarisha, Dheeraj, Sevendu & Mary) were fantastic with smiles on their face and always welcoming. The best room attendant ever I meet was Tej Singh, with whom we had great conversations. We love the property and will surely visit again for relaxation. I would also like to add one more point which I personally liked was high tea. The variety of the food offered in buffet breakfast was wonderful and value to money.

I went to Rhythm with my elderly parents and young kids. The hotel perfectly catered to the needs of both my parents and kids.The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a veranda with pool side view were you could sit and enjoy the outdoors on rainy days. The play area had games that all of us enjoyed. It was a perfect place for the kids to enjoy activities with the grandparents. The food served during breakfast, lunch and dinner has a lot of variety and the staff always happy to accommodate any special requests. The staff in all areas were very helpful and did everything possible to make our stay not only comfortable but memorable. Thanks to everyone at Rhythm for making our stay wonderful.

Breakfast was nice however parathas were very chewy, perhaps made of all purpose flour. All the three mornings had some form of aloo paratha, could have provided different options. All other breakfast options and flavors were awesome. Ala Carte Dinner in the fusion restaurant was awesome, we went with chef special mango tres leches cake and it was decadent. we highly recommend. Rooms were spacious and clean. housekeeper was very friendly and nice, provided excellent service. Want to acknowledge Onkar, Deb and Mehak. Onkar and Deb provided excellent service in the dining rooms and Mehak walked us thro property and explained all the facilities. Thanks to her we were able to book spa appointments.

The staff of Dukes retreat are an asset to the hotel. Special mention for Chef Dinesh, Waiters at the restaurant Nitai, Vicky, and others whose names are not known. Housekeeping staff Sapna really did a great job with keeping the room clean and neat. Devarshree at the front office looked after our special requests. All in all our experience was very relaxing.
