Whilst the Lalit might have started to show its age here and there, it has a distinctive character to it that sets it apart from other five-star resorts of more recent construction. Its architecture, gardens, location and sports facilities are of a very high standard indeed. Best of all, here you really feel that you are in India (in an entirely positive sense). Staff members are welcoming and helpful and some, like Ajit from the restaurant and Abishek from the bar, really went the extra mile to make our time here as pleasant as possible.

The Eden is the most fabulous hotel. It will be hard to write enough to do it justice. From the moment we walked in the staff greeted us as welcome guests. They were friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Our room was sumptuous large beautifully furnished many extras, kettle etc mini bar, toiletries. Everything was beautifully arranged and spotlessly clean. The shower was very hot and powerful. To top it all the restaurant was a gastronomic delight! The Tandori paneer and Thai veg were wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was extensive and catered for Indian and European tastes. All of this was at delivered at a most reasonable cost. Do not hesitate to stay here you will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.
