Resort has everything needed for family entertainment and very much kids friendly with play area and the kids activities center. Beach was clean and lovely with resort's beach shack playing music making us feel the vibe of goa.. There was live music during all meals, breakfast, lunch & dinner.. having breakfast listening to the relaxing live saxophone played by the guy was amazing.

Wonderful Stay with a Few Small Suggestions We had a fantastic time at this resort! The pool was amazing, and the beach beds were just as wonderful. The service at both was excellent. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the entire resort was spotless, beautifully kept, and well-organized. The staff was courteous and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would love to return!

First of all the staff: corteous, competent, smiling: in the dining hall, on the beach premises, in the lobby. During our stay at the hotel there have also been some busy days: staff members didn't change attitude: they always met us with a smile, a kind word, trying to take care of a wish or the expressed need. A special compliment goes to Babyrose, Antika and Uday who made us "feel at home". Then we liked the wonderful, long, sandy beach, perfect for walks and enjoy the arabic sea. For those who like to swim it's a very good place: you can have nice swims both in the sea (usually calm, warm water) and in the large pool of the hotel: we never found it overcrowded; there were separate, bounded areas for children and adults. We also liked the food. We stayed for six nights so we decided to have three dinners at hotel enjoying the buffet and went out for three other nights. Along the beach, within walking distance there are various schacks which serve good food, especially fish and, if you wish (as we did) you can enjoy it right on the shore, in front of the sea. But also the food served at the buffet of the resort was good and varied with many indian - and goan - dishes. Same to say for the breakfast with a pretty big choice were you could have indian specialities or more - for us - traditionals like bread, toasts, cakes, butter, eggs or whatever (including fresh fruit juices). Last but not least, we appreciated together with the huge, lush garden (and the many birds), the cleanliness of the property: there was allways somebody around cleaning or tyding up.

Just perfect wooden huts! You go down several stairs and here it is - the soft white sand and warm waters of the ocean in surroundings of palm trees. The huts are clean and cozy with own bathrooms and tremendous beds. There is a restaurant faced the beach with delicious food. The owner and his family are amazingly hospitable, speak really good English and always willing to help. Great place!

What needs to be pointed out is the host Reuben and his staff. Everything you wish they try the best to make it come true. Reuben is really nice, open-minded, he always present and really really helpful. After two days it already feels like home. I wanna see as much as possible during my stay in India. Otherwise I would have stayed longer in the Villa Barbosa.

Vast property - with half board- there was no need to step out of the property (we were not first timers to Goa). Excellent facilities-2-3 dining areas , good buffet spread, very friendly boarding area staff, enjoyed the beach- near clean(the sea washes ashore rubbish that needed to be cleaned everyday- I did my bit along with the cleaning staff. Good spa with free steam and sauna.

The location and direct access to the beach is perfect. The rooms are spacious and well fitted out. The facilities at the resort are good, except the gym is well below standard for a 5 star resort. Breakfast is excellent. The staff were very attentive, particularly the housekeeper Vivesh. His care of our room and our needs at all times was above excellent.

The house keeping (Rosalina, Sachin and Wellesley) staff were very good. The property was spacious and clean, incl the Pools. The access to the beach and the beach itself was quiet and peaceful. Rooms were spacious and nice. There were decent amount of activities in the games room.Great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful time with friends and family

The property is beautiful with a private beach access. Beautiful villa set up with big pool, spa and 2 restaurants. The staff is good. Food is nice. The breakfast spread is really good. The Goan buffet was good They have multiple events happening every evening.
