a beautiful Bengali heritage boutique hotel that has set a very high standards across Kolkata. The check-in experience was smooth; rooms immaculate; breakfast buffet absolutely scrumptious with various cuisines from different regions of India and the F&B staff that made sure everyone was seamlessly catered to; the location was absolutely gorgeous and meditative with a massive area surrounded by lustrous green. The entire staff is the epitome of hospitality including the security personnel Kunal at the entrance. I and my wife had a wonderful time and wish to visit again.

We Westerners need to learn about hospitality from these guys. I honestly felt like a king, customer service is exquisite. Staff very friendly and professional - absolute creme de la creme! Rooms spacious and clean, restaurant has really great menu (butter chicken tikka masala with lachha paratha was a masterpiece for me), breakfast service is amazing. Everything fresh and tasty. Westin staff - you made my stay really special, thank you!

Staff from the front door through to the wait staff and housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly. Hotel is well maintained for it's size and age. Repair work was ongoing at the time but did not impact my stay.
