We were warmly welcomed at the front desk by Antara and Rosch, who checked us in efficiently. Rosch accompanied us to our suite, explained the amenities and technology, and ensured our luggage was promptly delivered. Over the next days, Rosch was always available for our questions, ensured our comfort, provided essential information, and assisted with transfer bookings. His friendly and attentive demeanor made us feel at home at the ITC Gardenia. In the mornings, Rajdeep and Imran greeted us warmly and always fulfilled our requests for quiet seating at breakfast. In the evenings, Swapnil’s attentiveness and friendliness allowed us to relax and enjoy drinks in the lounge. The entire staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, respectful communication, and service orientation. The welcoming atmosphere at the entrance and the friendly, patient security checks made every return to the hotel a pleasure. The restaurant and bar teams delivered consistently outstanding service, making our time there highly enjoyable. Special thanks to Rosch for organizing our smooth departure, ensuring the driver and luggage were ready on time. Kiran swiftly handled our bags and, with his colleagues, loaded them into the car. Raghuprasad, our reliable and courteous driver, impressed us with his safe driving, punctuality, and well-maintained vehicle. We appreciated his knowledge and enjoyed conversing in English, learning about the places we visited. Reflecting on five nights at the ITC Gardenia, we are grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality that made our stay unforgettable. At the end of my stay in India, the weekend was very pleasant in this hotel which is very well located. Perfect room on the 7th floor, beautiful view and very quiet next to the fitness center and Spa. Rooftop swimming pool with a beautiful view. Breakfast with an impressive choice (maybe too much) The staff is very friendly and attentive. I experienced a 1 hour massage, the very kind therapist Milly was really excellent, thank you.

My staying at Four Seasons was truly memorable! The hotel was really top notch, also compared to other luxury facilities throughout South India. It combines effectively antique and modern stylish elements, both in common spaces and in the room, which was large, comfy, and charming. The real strenght, though, was the cooking: both breakfast and (especially) dinner offered varied buffet featuring at least five-six different culinary traditions (Indian and international), with really top-quality dishes. We could not have asked for anything more!

The property was part of the Movenpick group and has since changed hands. The quality of the design and finish reflects the values of Movenpick. This makes it nice to be in. Furthermore there is a Spa with a very decent menu of massages. The steam room and spa are very clean as is the spacious shower area. It is too bad that the entry for the sauna is not complimentary but given the relatively low room rates this is understandable.
