It’s a third time we come to Beira Mar. I don’t know better quality/location/price/comfort ratio hotel in Goa. And I recommended it to many of my friends. The perfect golden/white sand beach is right behind the door of hotel. Not big but lovely territory, all in flowers and green plants and palms. They take care of the plants very thoroughly so it looks like a botanic garden. So many spots for wonderful tropical photos!!. Pool is very nice and has been improved for the last year. Tents with lights, armchairs, clear water in pool, baby area in pool, music for the good mood. Bar with drinks and cocktails. Very fast and polite housekeeping personnel. Nice breakfast from 7:30-10:30. Cottages are spacious and equipped with all the necessary things. Toiletries, towels, cattle, drinking water refilled every day, aircon and fans. Each cottage has a lovely terrace with chairs and table to sit and relax in the evening. The hotel provides towels for the pool. The restaurant area has been renovated this year it now looks more fresh and nice. I want to add that the hotel looks better and better each time we come. And it means that management takes care of their business and guests satisfaction. Don’t even hesitate, book and stay here, being a 3 child Mom and very experienced traveller I highly recommend this place for couples and families. The outdoor facilities are also very comfortable. The beach is far far from crowds, many nice beach shacks with very moderate prices and good food and drinks right next to the hotel, the sand is gentle clean and beautiful. The ocean is always with the gentle waves, which make you don’t want to go out of water. Waves are not dangerous here, nor like in Vietnam and SriLanka. My children adore Goan ocean. I recommend Roger’s shack for perfect food and cocktails. Supermarkets, drug store and market are 10-15 min walking from the hotel. At Kadar supermarket you can find absolutely all you need.

It is a very spacious villa in a gated resort. The resort has a pool (right in front of the villa), a restaurant and all kinds of activities that you can use. The villa is fully equipped with cooking and serving utensils. Cleaning is done daily. It is minutes away from the beach. The owner responds in minutes and there is a housekeeper on the spot that takes care of everything. Fantastic!!!

A little gem in Goa. Wonderful international type resort right on the seaside in Sernabatim beach, Goa. An all white Greek style property with expansive suites, lush gardens and absolute stunning views. We are two ladies who are regular visitors to Goa. We read about The Beach House Goa in many of the reviews and had been wanting to visit the place which happened. They have a spread out breakfast in their outer lawn and we also sampled their appetizers and drinks at a table laid out for us at their sea facing point right above the beach. They also have a spa which offers refreshing Indian, western and oriental massages. We tried out the Balinese massage and aromatherapy. The masseuses were very good. Their collection of pastries and desserts were absolutely first class. The management and staff were welcoming and professional.

Booked the rooms for my parents and uncle and aunt to have a weekend break and they loved it. The booking process was seemless and the front office was more than happy to meet all of my requirements of having a room together and they even gave them rooms close to the elevators so that they didn't need to walk a lot. My folks loved the food and informed me that the staff were super helpful and kind. THANK YOU to all of you.

The location and the lush green areas around the hotel are really good. It helps you relax. It was fun cycling around the property. The beach was clean, there were lifeguards on duty. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Amazing property, very beautiful and exceptional service by the hotel team. Highly recommended visiting Although our stay was very short, we enjoyed the facilities at the spa and enjoyed the food at the Buffet restaurant. The hotel staff were very kind to prepare a breakfast to go bag due to our early flight. We were very impressed with their attention to detail. Would definitely come back again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

A very good boutique property. Very clean and homely. Looks like newly refurbished. Excellent sea view and beach access right next to property. Their breakfast spread is very nice and good food quality. I requested for aloo parathas and they served one of the best i have tasted yet ! Also indulged in a bit of Balinese spa massage with their friendly and knowledgeable spa therapists. Overall a very good stay. Value for money !

Lovely well appointed hotel, spacious entrance lobby, lift, room had a balcony overlooking the well maintained pool. Our room had a large walk in shower and basin with plenty of space for personal belongings. Breakfast was in the Zodiac Restaurant which was a short stroll across the garden. The restaurant opened onto the garden , was clean and spacious. Breakfast had lots of choice and eggs were freshly cooked for each customer.

The villa is spacious, air conditioned and has everything you need including drinking water. It's just 5 min walk to the beach where you can find plenty of good quality and not too expensive restaurants with nice Western food options. It's a very quiet area if you like that. The sunbeds belong to restaurants and are free if you have breakfast or lunch in the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Spacious rooms, good view, clean linen. Was upgraded to superior room. Reception staff Mr Vincent, Nelson are great, so is Housekeeper Ms Manusha & Haston. Nice swimming pool. Fantastic buffet breakfast fit for a king- right from dryfruits, fresh cut fruits, fresh juices, shakes, variety of veg & non veg items - really great. Mr Prasad in Zodiac Restaurant is excellent in looking after the guests-overall great relaxing stay
