the staff were outstanding. they could not do enough for us. We requested a late checkout as we had a late afternoon flight, and this was provided without any issue. I had a massage at the spa, and it was outstanding!

We loved this beautiful hotel. It has a real sense of warmth and character. You really feel the fact that it was a family home. Tte furnishings and details are delightful. The garden is an oasis of rest from the busy city. The staff are friendly, efficient and welcoming.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating and the food at the restaurant downstairs is delicious! The location is a little far away from the main attractions, but we found it comfortable enough to take a taxi back and forth.

Overall property feel is Royale. The staff is super cooperative and humble. They have mini disc at hotel which accentuates the feeling of the dinning and bar. They do have gym also for fitness freaks. Awesome 😎
