This is a resort where you truly feel that what you pay is returned in full value. The restaurant and hotel staff are incredible – always attentive, remembering what you like, and taking great care of you with a friendly and youthful energy. Everything was perfect. The facilities are excellent: the pool is very well maintained and cleaned daily, and the beach is also cleaned every day. The restaurant prices are a bit higher than average, but that’s to be expected in a resort setting – and the food is absolutely worth it. The chefs and kitchen team are outstanding, and the cocktail service is also exceptional. Another highlight is the location: you’re not directly in Palolem, but very close to it, with access to beautiful, clean beaches. For us, it was the perfect combination – a place that feels special yet accessible. I would highly recommend this resort to both Indian travelers and international guests. It is truly exceptional and one of those places you would happily return to.

I recently stayed at Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel in Goa, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. My partner is pregnant, so we had very high standards for cleanliness, comfort, and overall care during our trip, and this hotel absolutely delivered. The room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped, making it a perfect, cozy space for us to relax. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s also worth noting that this is a relatively NEW property, having opened just a few months ago, but they’ve already got everything running beautifully. We loved everything about our stay. The pool area was lovely, and the food was incredible! delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety. One great bonus was the free shuttle service to the beaches, which made it so easy to get out and explore without any hassle. The best feature, though, was the amazing staff. Every person we interacted with—whether at the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, or spa—was kind, attentive, and truly focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, which we appreciated even more during such an important time in our lives. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Goa, I can’t recommend Cloud9 Sarovar Premiere Hotel enough!
