The check in was smooth. The room was excellent. The spa, top notch UPDATE. I used booking.com and paid the room. The hotel also charged. I am now with double charge, with no response from hotel. they didnt give me the normal paperwork. Buyer beware!!!!!! Service was great, but not for double the price

It was just great. The Housekeeping Staff Super helpful, the room great with a Dead Sea view and what a ginormous bed. Even if the house was good booked it did not fell crowded. Loved the pool and the garden also the floating spa. The hotel has no private beach but the well maintained public beach is across the street. I recommend booking breakfast and dinner, the buffet is stunning never seen such thing I was not able to try everything. Just delicious

The hotel is very modern, it's huge, very spacious, the rooms are comfortable with large beds. It has an indoor swimming pool with dead sea water, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a Turkish bath, all free of charge. It also offers massage treatments by appointment, which you can pay for. The buffet breakfast offers plenty of variety and choice, even for people with dietary restrictions.

It’s a great location and they have their beds by the sea. The complementary spa is great as well, I had a very good massage! You get towels and bathrobes to enjoy the sea/spa area. Breakfast was really great, so many options so for everyone something. The staff was very friendly to me and they went the extra mile, you can just notice that they didn’t all have a hospitality training so the place could benefit from that.

Spa was incredible, relaxing, quiet, a true paradise! The salt water pool was a great start, with the hamam, steam room, sauna and showers all within easy reach. The outdoor area was relaxing as well, with great music and a calm atmosphere to soak in the sun.

The hotel made the best impression. Large spacious room, very clean, good room service. Lovely delicious breakfast with a wide selection of food. I would like to say especially good words about the spa. We loved the amazing massages done by Aviram. In general, we give the highest rating to the rest at the Royal Dead Sea Hotel.
