Everything was more than perfect. The staff goes beyond all wishes. Perfection and an eye to detail. We went to the gym, took the bike, played tennis, kayak and snorkelling- all for free. It was the first time in 3 weeks during our trip through 6 countries that we felt comfortable and like we are on a vacation. The garbage in Bali, Nusa penida and Lombok was very disturbing for us and we were mentally very sad and exhausted from our trip. This hotel made us forget everything. We extended our stay. The facility is stunning and it’s like you are in your own happy bubble.

We spent 5 glorious days at The Sira recently in Feb. 2025, and the hotel exceeded expectations. The key difference... the staff. Every encounter was personal, authentic, and thoughtful. Highly recommended hotel to stay in, if you want relaxation, quiet serenity and be known as a person, and not just another guest.

It was an exceptional stay for our group of family and friends. Staffs went went above and beyond to make us comfortable, always available to serve us and the kids!! Even they kept the kids engaged and entertained while time with their koi pond and other activities. In house cooking on order and unlimited on demand coffee and juices were a breeze in the hot weather. They even arranged our everyday full day transport and booked snorkelling and paragliding for us on request. Villa manager Susilo were so great with kids, he even went with us voluntarily to paragliding to babysit so we can have fun!! Villa facilities were very good, clean swimming pool, table tennis and pool table were nice. Rooms were aesthetic and very clean with all toiletries provided. In house laundry facility and on demand massage, ladies enjoyed a lot. Will love to come back again to have another blast.

In short, everything. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The area is safe, peaceful and well kept. Incredible housekeeping. Fantastic chef and friendly waiters. Special thanks to Haril and Munir for making us feel extra welcome.

This was our second visit to the Lombok Lodge in less than 12 months so saying that we loved our stay here is an understatement. The team of friendly, professional and obliging staff certainly made our visit even better than the last. A little piece of paradise that is tucked away in the north west of Lombok has incredible views both inside and outside. We had enjoyed a "Time Together" package on our last visit which I will always highly recommend. There are many other packages available and one can certainly curate whatever your heart desires. On our trip this time we really just wanted time to stand still, slowly soaking in our 3 gorgeous days, making the most of the extensive yet and delicious breakfast and lunch menus. Let's not forget Chef Jiwa's afternoon teas which is a firm favourite! The Lombok Lodge has a beautiful wellness center with lovely therapists who are ready to spoil you with a treatment of your choice. Being avid swimmers we enjoyed the amenities of their '25m' swimming pool where swimming laps can easily and enjoyably be done when alone. We also found swimming and snorkeling in the bay out front really great as the reef was teaming with corals and fish. Granted it may be clearer on the Gili Islands (which is a must) but this was pretty good for us. Be sure to wear a float so that little fishing boats can see you on the water. As I'm writing this post I'm planning our third visit back. I can't begin to describe the quality and the attention to detail that The Lombok Lodge has in all departments. After a delicious morning Nespresso, my favourite part of the day is breakfast, chatting to the staff and practicing very basic Indonesian Bahasa. I can't begin to name each one of the amazing team as I don't want to leave anyone out but they are very accommodating and obliging of your needs, no matter what. The views and the bathroom were great
