very good location, quiet though close to the busiest street. staff was amazing, and I mean - amazing with helping us with everything, from arrange the trip to draw map to pharmacy or any other place we wanted to go. it is way better than expected, watching the photos

Right in the centre so you can skip trafic for once in Bali. Quiet inside, you don’t hear the buzz in the street. Great breakfast, they are super-trained, it all goes smooth. What I liked the most was the staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Everything. The room, the facilities, the staff, all incredible. Poolside staff incredible too. Special mention for Hendrick who really looked after us. I had a sore throat and had lost my voice and Hendrick was so lovely, regularly bringing me a ginger and lemongrass tea to make me feel better. The service in this hotel is unparalleled to anything I've ever experienced

The rooms are exceptionally clean and smell incredible after each room service. The room itself is well designed with lights that can be turned off and on from the convenience of the bed. The bathroom is pristine with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner provided in great quantities. The staff are super friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is comprehensive and caters to most cuisines and palates.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome — the staff are honestly amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. The villa was super comfortable and clean, with a really relaxing vibe. The food was delicious (breakfast especially!), and we loved how peaceful the whole place felt. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, great cafes, and shops, but still quiet enough to unwind and relax. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely come back. Big thanks to the Annora Villas team for making our stay so special!

Everything about this place was amazing. The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. I added several additional options like flower arrangement on bed, floating breakfast and romantic dinner and they were all done perfectly. I highly recommend the romantic dinner as the experience was amazing.
