Hendi is a great host who tries his best to ensure you have a great stay. The room is exactly as seen in the pictures - very basic, but if you’re looking for an authentic experience of island life on Gili Gede then this is it! The location is right on the beach in the middle of the local’s village. There’s some Warungs near by otherwise you can walk 20 mins to the other side of the island where there’s a variety of places to eat.

The food was great! The staff was awesome, the beach was great. My family enjoyed hunting for seashells. The locals are super friendly and even met other friendly tourists. Have to say we love the atmosphere of the island and hotel. Also have to mention we enjoyed the AC in the room!

We had an incredible stay at Uryah Hotel Lombok. An exceptional new hotel delivering a world class experience. I loved waking up in the morning and finishing the day overlooking to the mountains and the rice fields with a glass of wine or a coffee. The hotel has a beautiful relaxing ambient feel, really modern, clean, the food and drinks menu is of amazing taste and quality.
