This is my second stay with karibia, and Karibia's customer service is a standout, cannot be faulted. I stayed at another hotel for majority of my stay (to try out other hotels in Medan) and then came back to Karibia for that excellent and welcoming experience. The lobby smells good, your room smells good, and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The bellhop/porters are fantastic, you feel like VIP 👍 👌 TIP them well, they deserve it! We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambridge Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We had a lovely stay at Le Polonia and were sad to only stay one night. We arrived early into Medan and were welcomed by the lovely reception staff at Le Polonia. They offered us an upgrade on our booked room and even gave us free early check in! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel has many great facilities as well as being central and close to nice restaurants and other sights. When we are back in Medan we will definitely be staying here again
