This is my second stay with karibia, and Karibia's customer service is a standout, cannot be faulted. I stayed at another hotel for majority of my stay (to try out other hotels in Medan) and then came back to Karibia for that excellent and welcoming experience. The lobby smells good, your room smells good, and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The bellhop/porters are fantastic, you feel like VIP 👍 👌 TIP them well, they deserve it!
