A wonderful resort! The rooms had direct access to the pool, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very personal – you never felt like just a number. The massages, breakfasts, and dinners were all excellent. We traveled with two small children (ages 2 and 6), and the staff went out of their way to make them feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and spotless. We would definitely recommend this place!

Where to start.. this place is pure luxury, exceeding our wildest expectations! From the 360 degree panoramic ocean view from the pool area to the incredibly attentive staff, delicious food, luxury fittings and rooms with private plunge pool, we had an unforgettable stay and will be back. A complete paradise in Lombok, worthy of an award for exceptional design and service. Despite being a short drive from Kuta, it was worth it for the privacy and seclusion, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful in organising drivers and activities for us in town (they have a private shuttle service). We did the ‘romantic package’ and enjoyed the complimentary massage and 4 course dinner included - highly recommend!

The location is an upscale local style villa with two suites. We stayed in the one with the pool view. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. The bathroom has a big open shower with hot water and a Japanese toilet. In the room you can find sweet and savory snacks alongside with water and other drinks that are complimentary and are stocked up everyday. The swimming pool and the garden are really well kept and we took advantage of the space to have nice aperitifs by the swimming pool at sunset. The owner Jlenia is extremely nice and friendly and she helped us with the commute from and to the villa. She was always ready to help us with any request or question we might have had and she also helped us with the laundry service. We really loved this place!

We have had the BEST time of our honeymoon at Rascals! 😊 It does not get better than this. Amazing clean rooms with silent airco’s, super swimming pools, best food (the included breakfast! = wow!), bathrooms and most of all: the staff! Special thanks to Bobby, Aldi, Yudi and Nurul 😊. But of course everyone else as well. Tips: - rent a motorbike at Rascals (best quality and service) - best coffee and breakfast of Kuta - in house yoga is very professional and relaxed - Rascals spa is super clean and professional - relax!

The staff at Mana were exceptional! From checking in, through to breakfast, the spa staff, the yoga instructors and the maintenance staff greeting you with a friendly smile. They were all so warm and hospitable and made it such a pleasant place to be. The setting was tranquil and relaxing and attracts considerate guests. I loved the quality of yoga and will be back for sure!

Villa set in tropical garden with own deck. I misunderstood the private pool. Thinking it was our exclusively. Pool shared with 2 other villas. Was not a problem. Spacious 3 bedroom villa , each room had own shower and handbasin. One bedroom is only accessible through other. Owner provided free airport pick Up and drop off. No breakfast but kitchen and supermarket and cafes a few minutes walk away. Staff always around garden to help out.

Luxury Hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens and jungle. The pool huge and absolutely beautiful. Room spacious everything provided including mini fridge which is always a bonus, great aircon! Manager greeted us on arrival and each morning at breakfast! Harry and his staff simply outstanding. Only had breakfast at the hotel which was delicious. This hotel is only 2 years old so everything is beautiful. Outstanding value, away from the noise of Kuta so at night you can hear all the bird calls so relaxing.

Everything! The hotel was amazing, everything was taken care of down to the last detail, with great attention paid to the cleanliness of the rooms and the garden. There were two pools to relax, and as well a spa where we got a nice massage. Special mention to the bar and restaurant, with various choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well for the aperitif time. They also offer the opportunity to rent a scooter or to book a taxi. I really loved this place!
