For example, when I lost my motorcycle key in Bali and broke down on the roadside, I informed the hotel and solved the problem in a short time. How friendly the staff were every day. The waffle station for breakfast..each morning my kids would look forward to breakfast. Coffees were great..all food was great. Best beds I've ever slept in. So comfy.
