The most beautiful boutique hotel just a short walk from the ferry dock. Highly recommend everyone who is travelling to Gili Air to stay here. The outdoor area is beautiful, clean and secluded, the studio appartment was great and spacious, and the staff is so friendly. There are also cute cats there.

Had the BEST time here!! Honestly the best place we stayed throughout our Bali holiday. 10/10 for service, comfort and food. My favorite things were the small touches. They remembered our names, lit candles around the pool at night, had additional services available such as breakfast in the pool etc, left cookies in our room after the turn down service, honesty bar at the pool, small bracelet as we checked in, small personal notes from the staff members on the menu and great breakfast choices!

small haven of peace, so beautiful and relaxing that we even decided to extend our stay by two more nights, we just didn’t want to leave. Everything about this place is stunning: the design, the atmosphere, the comfort. It’s a newly opened resort, so all the infrastructure is brand new and super well maintained. You can really feel the care that went into creating this peaceful oasis. The staff is incredibly attentive and kind, always making sure you feel comfortable and at home. And I absolutely have to give a big shout-out to Hera at the reception: Warm, helpful, and always smiling. She truly made our stay extra special. Can’t recommend this place enough — if you’re coming to Gili Air, don’t miss this little paradise!

Dolcemare is a family run facility. We enjoyed that the resort was located in a quiet part of the island but still centrally located. There is a mosque on the island as it is predominantly Muslim community and you can hear the call to prayer but it is something you must bear in mind when traveling and respect other religions. Since I am a light sleeper I did hear it in the morning, however it didn’t bother me. My partner never even stirred. Plus the resort provides guests with earplugs should they wish to use them. They also have a restaurant on the premises and we enjoyed the free breakfast. It is not a buffet breakfast but you have plenty of options to choose from and everything is freshly made. Since I am sensitive to gluten I especially enjoyed that they provide a gluten-free option which is not widely available in Indonesia. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the portions were delicious and generous. All in all, the staff was friendly and the island was a welcome change to the hustle and bustle of Bali. Gili Air and Dolcemare make you feel welcome and let you enjoy the chill vibes of what we imagined Bali might’ve been a couple of decades ago. 10/10 can’t wait to return!

It was set out beautifully with a great lounge area? Lovely on-site pool facilities they use to teach you how to operate scuba gear! But the rooms were amazing too! Fabulous little place, right next to the beach. The snorkelling in front of the hotel is the best on the island. We saw turtles, reef sharks and various other fish. There is also a living coral reef. The rooms are well decorated and comfy with all amenities provided. Paddleboards and bikes are available for hire. The staff and owner are warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. This will definitely be our go to hotel for future visits.

GO to Biba Beach...the place is perfect for snorkeling,just in front of the sea in the place where you can see turtles..many..a few meters from the shore. You will have all the services: beautiful massages,rent of scooter,phins etc..the place is quiet and the staff amazing,like a big family..Nur and Mohamed and the manager and all the staff make us feel like in a family,they organized a surprise for the birthday of my boyfriend with a cake and playing guitar!! The hotel area, especially the pool, was very beautiful. Their spa and massages were probably the best I experienced during my trip to Indonesia. Breakfast was tasty, and there were many choices in the menu. Beach view was stunning.
