Staff - great, always helpful but not fussy - thank you. Room - lovely, great view of the lake and a massive bed. Spa - excellent value, lovely, talented team. Maybe drop the AC a little as it gets cold during treatments but a minor bit of feedback. Kitchen - great food at a great value price. Location - easy by taxi to anywhere on the island

All staff including the reception manager, Sam and the car driver Annas were very courteous and helpful. They made our stay quite comfortable and safe. Harry was helpful in orgarnizing a good car for us during our stay. He made us feel at home.

Owner is very hospitable. Property is crystal clean and situated on a very high floor in the building. Very advanced entry process and felt extremely secure. Kitchen and utensils are available and WiFi is good. Situated near to Pollux Habibi mall and only a 5 min car ride to Batam Center port.
