We loved everything. The facilities and services are excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The game rooms provided entertainment to kids between 5 and 16 years old. The restaurant is great and absolutely willing to accommodate different requests.

The breakfast bread, jams, and butter were delicious.. The rooms are comfy and spacious, with great view. I slept like a baby. The location couldn't be better, it is a few steps from the Mátraháza bus station. It is a great location to scape from the noise of the big city.

It was a marvelous stay 'in the middle of nowhere' in the deep forest in the mountains. The food was extremely delicious, the room big and clean, the staff very helpful and speaking fluent English. This is a perfect place for hiking, cycling outside the city life.

Location was fine. Breakfast was a classic one, with many options to choose, juices and coffee included. Dinner was also fine, but they are shutting down the juices machine to obligate you to buy from their restaurant water and sodas.

We planned to visit the nearby mountain and it was very close to it, so that expectation was successfully fulfilled. The room was impressively spacious, everything was decently clean and the beds were very comfy. Everything was nice and quiet.

Perfect location, in the mid of nature. Very decent breakfast and dinner. Lunch was optional but affordable. Pool and spa center were so good. Sauna was so good. Gym met my expectation despite the not large room.
