This hotel is truly fabulous and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food options are great and there is an extensive offer of treatments. The staff were also very attentive with our dog. This hotel not only tolerates dogs but truly welcomes them (welcome drink, treats, bowl were waiting for him). The terrace was big, the room was very clean and the cleaning staff very helpful. I particularly appreciated that the hotel is adults only, this allows for perfect relaxation.

The hotel is highly recommended. If you like spas and luxury, this is the right choice. All the contents are exceptional, swimming pools, saunas, relaxation area... Excellent rooms with terraces. Delicious and varied meals. One of the best spa hotels we have visited, definitely a hotel we will return to again and again.

Villa Nova is set in Hévíz and has a pool with a view and garden views. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay.

The owner of the villa did everything possible to make our stay perfect. He really goes the extra mile for you and has a lot of knowledge about the right spots and activities. The room was very clean and neat. My posh girlfriend usually only books hotels instead of a hosted appartment, but this one really impressed her as well! :) Thanks Basti!

We enjoyed the proximity to the Heviz lake; also Elizabeth is a sweetheart, she speaks perfect German and English; she helped us and explained on the map how to get to the city center and to the lake; we also decided to drive 16km to Balaton lake and she was very supportive pointing us the best sand beach on the Balaton lake area. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and the fact that AC was functional, was a blessing for us! The bathroom is big and it has a sink and a bath tube. The toilet is in a separate room, and there is also another little sink. Everything was great and we recommend it!

Everything was great, our room was spacious and comfortable, staff were professional and friendly. We loved the facilities, pool area wasn't too crowded despite the hotel being full. Spa did exceed our expectations! Have tried the gym as well, basic equipments are provided for a quick excercise. We had half board, 2 choices for main meal at the evening, and plenty of side dishes. cheese and salad choices were fantastic! Traditional dessert such as aranygaluska, and the mini sacher slices won me over! :) At breakfast, also loads of choices from sweet to savory, coffees, teas and juices. Would definitely recommend it for couples and families with young children as well as there were many child friendly activities available every day. 5* from us, thanks so much!!
