Friendly and professional staff, a welcome drink provided upon check-in. We have free wine tasting during our stay. The room is almost new, clean, with a beautiful view of Lake Balaton and Tihany. The food is delicious, wide range of good during breakfast and dinner. The wellness area is elegant, with many pools and comfortable sunbeds. The hotel deserves 5*.

The service was absolutely fantastic. We were upgraded for free at check in as they had some nicer rooms available than the one that we had booked. We loved the made to order breakfast each morning and the pool and loungers area was really nice to have. The hotel was a very short walk from the marina. You could tell that the staff took a lot of pride in their hotel. Would absolutely stay here again if I was to ever return to the area.

I am travelling a lot, and this place I can judge as an extraordinary considering all aspects. The owner put a lot of effort into the smallest details. Also, I always say, the class of hotel you can judge by their lunchroom quality. If I ever would go back to Balaton, I would choose the same hotel, no doubts!

Our accommodation was very spacious like an apartment with 2 rooms separated by a door , 2 bathrooms and small kitchenette. It was a very quiet place and had also air conditioning. The cleaning was spotless. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly.

We chose this hotel mainly based on location and reviews — but what we discovered truly amazed us! This is a real paradise for children. Yes, parents are well taken care of too, but the main guests here are definitely the kids. Everything throughout the hotel is designed with children in mind: toy cars, play areas, drawing boards around every corner, a kids’ room, a special buffet at child height with a child-friendly menu, and a water park with zones for all ages. We only wish we had known about this place when our kids were younger. Of course, when you’re on holiday with kids, you’re still a parent — but this hotel makes life so much easier.
