It was clean and the mobile homes were quite spacious enough for a short holiday. The spa and gym access was great! The pool looked nice too, but the water was too cold this time of the year.

Everything was wonderful. The owner was very kind. We were pleasantly surprised by the refreshments, which were just perfect after a long journey. The apartment is close to the nearby town of Nin, where we really enjoyed the beaches. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. There is nothing to complain about, and we would be happy to come back again. It was great.

The pool area and park was lovely, very peaceful, comfortable, and quiet. Pool was perfect size, good for swimming, as well as relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, great service at breakfast. The breakfast area was also really nice and intimate under the trees in the courtyard.

This is a wonderful, brand new hotel just opposite Zadar on the island of Ugljan in a small harbor. The staff is extremely helpful and motivated - both early check-in and late check-out were arranged for free within minutes. The service was also great (the breakfast could have been a little more extensive). The room was also very comfortable, the windows and doors completely blocked out the loud noise of the party outside. There are several beaches in the area within a few hundred meters for children and adults (deep water). Within a few kilometers on the island we found several small bays where there are only a few people and you can snorkel very well. We will definitely come back.
