We were so very happy with our stay at Roxanich so thank you! So happy for this find! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there—the setting is stunning, and every detail felt special. The entire team was not only extremely helpful but also wonderfully knowledgeable about the wines, which made our experience even richer. We were there for a special occasion, and the hotel truly spoiled us—Thankyou so much for the care and generosity. We spent time lounging by the pool and soaking in the beautiful surroundings—it was pure relaxation. The wine was exceptional (we especially loved the sparkling!), and the breakfast was just perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

An exceptional choice to stay in Istria Region. The booking page does justice with what you encounter. Superb overall comfort and an AMAZING breakfast. Really nice pool. The location of the hotel is really good, having restaurants within walking distance. For those with car, San Rocco can work a good base to explore the region. The facilities were amazing, very well equipped and cozy. There is everything (and more) one needs to spend carefree and relaxed getaway. Our family had the most amazing holiday in this facility. The host is extra helpful and kind and we would highly recommend this Villa to others. There were swallows visiting the pool several times a day and performing an amazing performance of nature, an amazing extra feature.
