The location is fantastic, and the views are breathtaking. It is a lovely, self-contained apartment overlooking the sea, mountains, and local amenities. Tomas and his mother welcomed me and were so pleasant and helpful, Tomas picked me up at the airport and left me back for my flight home. Fantastic people, it was a pleasure talking with them, and I was made so comfortable. I definitely will be back! Next door is an old chapel where you can light a candle for your loved ones. It's a few minutes walk into town with access to more lovely restaurants on the promenade and unique shops and jewellers. All in all, it's a beautiful place and definitely on my return list, a small oasis of tranquillity! 💖🥂🍕✈️🌞

very friendly staff, at reception and throughout location. we got a free upgrade with amazing villa and sea views. we (only) took breakfast at the a la carte (pool) restaurant, which was already great. to complete our positive suprise, we received a complimentary dinner. villa was amazingly comfortable, including the beds and airco.

The villa is opposite the beach with a wonderful view and contains two rooms, each room has a bathroom, bath, shower, a beautiful hall and a preparatory kitchen. The Sheraton Hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and we had a delicious breakfast overlooking the pool. The place is quiet and upscale and is 15 minutes away from Dubrovnik by car. You can take a taxi boat from in front of the villa to Dubrovnik for 20 minutes. It is very beautiful and you enter Dubrovnik from the sea. This is a romantic option. I wished my stay was longer than that, but due to the travel plan we were unable to extend our stay. God willing, if we return, this will be our place of residence.

Everything 😊the hotel is newly renovated, modern, everything is spacious and beautiful,. I stayed in the standard annex room- it had a great privacy, beautiful balcony with sea view. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, everything new inside… The food was varied and delicious, the staff is amazing

Perfect location for a week combining relaxation and visiting 'downtown' Dubrovnik. Booked room with balcony and sea- view and were mesmerized every day again by the view !. Very well maintained and clean hotel !Friendly and service-minded staff !

We were upgraded to the Royal Ariston, which shares a lobby and facilities with the Royal Neptune. The room was large, beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The hotel has several swimming pools and is on the sea so it's possible to sit on lounge chairs near the water. The breakfast is a huge buffet with many options and a view of the water. There is a convenient public bus that goes every 10 minutes to the Dubrovnik Old Town.
