Hotel Ermou No 15 is a new hotel, modern, very clean and very comfortable. Location is excellent, in the centre, near bazar, with lot of shops and restaurants near hotel. We were group of 8 colleagues from the work and everybody was satisfied with the hotel. No complains at all.

Nice price for what the hotel offers, good location and facilities, but what really stood out was the excellent service. I have stayed in several 5-stars hotel, but this was the best service I have ever received.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Not in the city centre but has a transfer that take us to the city centre and back (upon a fixed schedulle). Quiet location. Facilities and venue very friendly, comfortable and accessible. The room was excellent, comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner, wifi. Good breakfast with a variety of offers.
