A new modern very beautiful hotel, the room was very nice and have everything you need, thanks especially for Juana for her hospitality and her help in everything

We had a great stay ! Marina welcomed us warmly, was very attentive, and shared plenty of helpful information and recommendations about the island. The place itself was beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere.

Everyhing was great ! Keep in mind we stayed with a 9 month baby boy , so we wanted to be safe and clean. It was ! Definetely will return !

A very big house with spacious common places and a very big garden. The rooms are big and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and always helpful. I loved the pool, escpecially in the afternoon where there is shade, but the water is warmed up. For the price we got the stay it was excellent.

We made Crystal Waters our home for the whole month of July! And loved every minute. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Ali and Theo who took our bags straight off us! From then the check in was smooth and Ali went out of his way during our whole stay and made us feel right at home with whatever we needed whenever we needed it - he was outstanding! Both Ali and Theo were there and friendly the whole stay. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with additional toilet downstairs - it was such a well appointed room and very clean - with the cleaning staff daily not missing a beat in refreshing our room. SO nice to walk back into everyday. The breakfast was easily one of the best resort buffets I've experienced - great variety did not disappoint our fussy kids eating habits either - special mention to Ioanna who made our kids feel special and made a great impression off the bat. She was the sole reason our shy kids felt comfortable going down to the kids club to give us some adult time to enjoy the amazing cocktails in the Pool bar from George the barman. George (the barman) made us feel so welcome and his customer service is next level - not to mention his amazing cocktail making skills!!!! Sooooo good!!!! Stathie the Poolside server was just unreal - his attention and customer service was stellar, like George, Stathie made us feel right at home and nothing was ever a problem - he's definitely like George an asset to Crystal Waters!! The Poolside service and Poolside menu was delicious and fresh catering to the kids menu was on point and so was the adult menu - super tasty with great quality, the chicken cesar and the chicken wraps where definitely on high rotation on our month long stay by the pool for lunch! Not to forget Satoris too for his customer service around the pool was amazing! The food at the restaurant was epic too - the signature chef has nailed it at the main restaurant and the room service menu was again awesome!!

Everything was amazing. Maria and her team made our experience outstanding. View from room is incredible. Private pool and huge terrace. Everything looks nice and clean.

The property is beautifully laid out - with a stunning zen garden and pool to enjoy to start the day. We stayed in the peaceful villa which was perfect - comfortable bed, lovely outdoor seating to have a coffee, big sofa and Netflix for cosy nights in and a good sized kitchen so we could also cook. The internet was also very fast which was perfect for us as we were working on some of the days during our stay. Our host Ainat was also brilliant, made us feel really welcome and gave lots of local recommendations.
