The accommodation was stunning and despite it being huge it was very tranquil due to the sheer size and layout of pools etc. The staff were very accommodating and couldn't help you more. Breakfast was excellent and all very fresh. We will definitely be back!

A memorable stay in a place where you feel at home We had an exceptional time thanks to Zen and Oliver, the managers of this establishment. Their ability to create an atmosphere that is both relaxed and attentive is remarkable. You truly feel at home. Oliver brings a personalized touch by managing the bar atmosphere from morning to evening. His cocktails and musical selections adapt to our wishes, contributing to creating a unique experience. For his part, Ezeni perfectly orchestrates all logistical aspects to ensure our optimal comfort. The food is excellent! Having eaten elsewhere during our stay, we can affirm that the homemade dishes are truly succulent. It's a real treat at every meal. The welcome is warm without being overwhelming - exactly what we were looking for. They are generous and immediately put us at ease. Special mention to Pika and Prakash, team members, whose discretion is matched only by their attention to detail. The entire team welcomed us with sincere smiles and constant attention. Regarding accommodation, it's a dream: a very adequately equipped room, impeccably clean, and the cherry on top, access to the jacuzzi on the rooftop with an intimate and privileged sea view. Incomparable! We highly recommend this establishment to all those seeking more than just accommodation - a genuine human and culinary experience.

The Resort is run extremely well, with excellent attention to detail. We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful

We loved absolutely everything about our time here! The hotel is new, beautifully designed, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were genuinely warm and professional. There’s a sense of harmony throughout the whole place - thanks to the peaceful atmosphere and especially to the incredible team, who responded to every request with care and always aimed to provide the highest level of service. They helped me organize a surprise birthday evening - from ordering flowers to receiving the delivery, setting up decorations, and creating a truly memorable celebration (special thanks for that! ☺️) When we arrived, they also gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit in Santorini, which helped a lot. Thank you, Rosie! We also visited the spa - it was perfect. We booked a treatment right after arriving from the airport, and it was the best decision. Honestly, it was the best massage I’ve ever had at a spa. If you’re choosing between hotels in Santorini, you should definitely consider Enarma - it’s a solid 10/10!!

Fresh croissants, three types of fresh bread in basket,with honey, jam,butter, Nutella in 4 pots.All types of eggs available to order.Fresh fruit salad, Greek salad,Yogurt,hot and cold coffee. Everything is made specially for you. The food in Restaurant is ,one of the best in Santorini. I had dinner with family at very expensive restaurants in OIA,FIRA and in Pyrgos but to be very honest, the quality of food, in Elesse hotel restaurant is the best , lunch, dinner both. I will particularly talk about Michael (TAXI driver)of hotel is the best person. Always polite and pleasant, never late,keep you happy with his sweet talk.He was with us all the time.Strongly recommend. Onething ,I forget to mention is that hotel is just 8 weeks old,very new.The owner of hotel is very sweet person. Keeping close eye on services all the time. I had best holidays of my life.

The service was great, the team is very very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are very tasty. The room is in great design and you have all you need: cosmetics, flip flaps, towels. Additonally the team gave us extra pillows (and even ask of which kind of softness do we wish). The balcony is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous pool with clean and warm water, additionally laying chaise for sunbathing and table with chairs for evening chilling. The view especially with the sunrise is stunning. Thank you!

Wow. Everything about this resort was amazing. The staff were all attentive, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. They had a great variety for the buffet breakfast and the all day menu was also divine. They also offer free shuttle services into Fira which was great - we then could catch the local bus for 2 euro’s to go to Oia. We were upgraded to the king room with a private pool but we still spent most of our time by the infinity pool. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is beautiful: a great beach club, 2 pretty swimming pools. The suite was spacious and perfectly decorated with a small jacuzzi on the terrace. You can see everywhere the attention to details and the will of the staff to help you with everything you could need. The breakfast is diverse with different meals everyday and was delicious. Well located you can access by foot all the restaurants and bars on the seawalk. We had an amazing relaxing girls trip in this hotel !

Staff was vey helpful and very nice. Especially ladies from the Spa, Gentleman at breakfast and pool bar and the ladies at reception. Special thanks to Spa ladies for going extra mile and helping me with my emergency pedi repair! The pool area is very quiet, relaxing and clean. Hotel location is perfect, few steps from the beach but private.
