Our stay in Santorini was exceptional, starting with the seamless check-in process. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed with their warm and friendly demeanor. They truly deserve high praise for their outstanding service, which was top-notch throughout our stay. They even took note of our request and ensured we got the best room available in our chosen category. The room itself was incredible, offering a unique and breathtaking view of the sunset—something you don't find just anywhere. The staff's timing was impeccable; they delivered our meal and cocktails just in time for us to enjoy the sunset from our room. The pool was fantastic, though it would have been even better if it were heated—just a minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to this resort in the future. Once again, a big thumbs up to the staff for their excellent service.

We booked the Queen suites with jacuzzi on it, and it was magnificent! Most of the rooms are facing west, so you can definitely see the sunset while you're dipping on the pool or from outside your room. Although the TV was situated on the ground floor and not on the 1st floor, that didn't ruin our overall experience. It is also convenient for us since it's near Oia (4-5 minute walk) and the bus stop to Fira, as well as other restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was superb with lots of options to choose. The hotel's pool was good but might need cleaning occasionally since there are bugs floating and some dirt (due to the bad weather), but this is a really minor thing for us. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist Diana. She provided us with a breakfast to take to the airport due to our return flight being early. (Thank you Diana!) Overall, it was a memorable holiday and we're hoping to come back here at the hotel again during the summer! Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is absolutely stunning, so chic! It exceeded expectations and was far more beautiful in person. The breakfast was tasty and had a nice range to choose from. It was made fresh to order, not buffet style and the waiters were very diligent in making sure you had everything you needed and immediate refills. The location was perfect, away from the busy crowds but very close to the main shopping area and blue dome sights. If you wanted to rent an ATV it was super easy, they brought the bike to you and collected it from you at the hotel.

Our suite with sea view was so stunning. The pools were perfect and no facility was too busy. The resort really did feel luxury. The staff and breakfast was also brilliant!

Our host, Elizabeth was fantastic. I would suggest using her to arrange transports, as she was waiting for us at the ferry and was able to answer all of our questions directly and give us the lay of the land. We also had Elizabeth arrange a private boat charter that exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our Santorini visit. The house had everything we needed, and everyone was happy with the accomodations.
