The place was gorgeous! Brand new, all top notch and super high end, alongside being the warmest and most helpful and accommodating staff! The extras - massage, facials and yoga - were incredible! A very nice and clean Hotel with breathtaking view. Breakfast ist served in your room or at the balcony (wherever you want). „Sandy“ she’s so funny and has such a beautiful soul. She welcomed us with fruit Salad and Champagne even though we arrived very late in the evening. We loved her, she‘s amazing! Ask for her whenever you go there. The indoor pool was just WOW!

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and include all the neccessary extras. Facilities are great, two large pools, a whirl pool, gym and restaurant. Breakfast it served a la carte and is catered to individual requests. The staff are professional, personable and polite.

I don't know even how to describe it! Dior and Hina were great! I think they have provided us the best experience in our entire stay! Offered us great choice of restaurants, supporting us with every request no matter how little it was. And even in odd hours :) Best eperience ever! The room and facilities were amazing and clean but the real deal in this hotel is the customer care which was exceptional! We will visit again!

We were traveling with a small child, and everyone was very kind and helpful. The young man at reception who showed us around, and the guys at breakfast and the bar — everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lots of pools and always plenty of available sunbeds.

If you are looking for something truly amazing, with a vibe that’s both laidback and upscale: this is the Hotel for you! It’s new, only 24 or so rooms wich makes it very intimate. You will never know, looking from the outside what is hidden on the inside… but let me give you a clue. You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. I loved my stay at Neo Suites. After being in Athens at a hotel that was extremely disappointing, it was nice to arrive at a place that lived up to the photos and list of facilities. It was clean and cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and getting to lounge in my private pool with a view of the Aegean Sea was perfect. Also, the staff was top notch — especially Tania. I have been to over 50 countries and thanks to Tania, Santorini and Neo Suites will always stand out as one of the best places I've been.

Excellent facilities , private pool, spa , and outside infinity pool, and 5 star service, hotel staff are very thoughtful and helpful, always smiling:) , fantastic food too. Since we had a late flight back , we were given a late check out time when the staff found out that our room would be available until midnight.
