I honestly don’t think we’ve ever experienced such warm and exceptional hospitality – it was out of this world! The team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. On my birthday, they surprised me with a beautiful cake and balloons, and even after we had left, they kindly took the time to send us tips for the two other Greek islands we were visiting. A very nice and clean Hotel with breathtaking view. Breakfast ist served in your room or at the balcony (wherever you want). „Sandy“ she’s so funny and has such a beautiful soul. The experience at Cycladic Suites was better than we had hoped. Before checking in, we received a WhatsApp from Dior, the assistant manager, asking if we need pick up from the airport. They then proceeded to help support a surprise for our anniversary that I had planned for our partner. We also received a free bottle of wine! They restocked our water without question, so we could save money on buying water outside, the room was super clean and always ready when we came back from excursions as well. They accommodated all the little requests we had - Dior even gave us sunscreen since we forgot. She was super honest and told us where to shop / where it was too expensive, etc. as well. Arranging any transport or pick up was super easy and Dior was always reachable on WhatsApp. We will be recommending this place to our friends & to our family.
