There is so much to say about this hotel. To start we travelled as a couple and even though it is mainly a family-oriented hotel, it worked perfectly for us! Let’s go in depth for the ones that want to read: FACILITIES: The room we got was fantastic, double room with a balcony and separate toilet and shower. Mini fridge with new beverages almost every day was a nice touch. The pools scattered around the hotel were good, there were separate pools for Stella Village and Stella Palace. One Village pool was separated from the more children-focused ones and was great for us. The bars around were easy to find and use and the drinks and snacks were solid. Restaurants were clean although the main one had seating inside only which made it loud and not too comfortable. The waterpark was also very good, but maybe more for the children (we enjoyed it too :) ) COMFORT Beds and pillows were great, so were the sunbeds, both at the pools and by the beach, which also was a 2 minute walk from our room! LOCATION The hotel is right by the sea, and the beach is more than enough. Nearby is Analipsi, a town with many restaurants that held a super high standard with extremely good service. The service everywhere was really great! Supermarkets are nearby and souvenir shops too. Buses can be found close and the closest car rental was next door, can be recommended since we used it to rent a car for 2 days (50€/day) cheapest was 40€/day. CLEANLINESS The rooms were cleaned daily, the pools were also very clean and so were the restaurants. You could get new towels daily so to stay clean wasn’t a problem at all. VALUE FOR MONEY We booked quite far in advance and paid a good price for 8 nights. All in all I don’t think you could go wrong with the price we paid, the location and the experience we got! STAFF Unreal. 10/10! We first got a room on the ground floor which we thought was a bit unfortunate.

An absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—especially Maria at check-in, who made the whole process quick and pleasant. The resort itself is stunning, with amazing well-kept pools, including swim-out options that add a real touch of luxury. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for a seaside escape. We especially enjoyed the all-inclusive drinks at the bars—plenty of variety and great service all around. The meals were delicious, inspired by local Greek cuisine, offering a nice blend of traditional flavors and fresh ingredients. A heartfelt thank you to the outstanding guest relations staff — especially Ritsa and Vuola — whose kindness, attention to detail, and seamless organization turned our holiday into something truly memorable. Ritsa, in particular, was a star: arranging transfers, extending our checkout, checking in daily, and always doing so with grace and a smile. The dining here is remarkable. Not only are the fine-dining restaurants outstanding — creative, beautifully presented dishes, and impeccable service — but the main buffet restaurants are also exceptional. Everything is spotless, with food stations kept immaculately clean and replenished with fresh, high-quality options at all times. And let’s talk about the bars: there are many across the resort, each serving top-quality branded spirits and cocktails made properly — no shortcuts, just excellent drinks every time. Whether you wanted a classic cocktail or something new, the bartenders delivered with skill and a smile, making every visit feel special. The resort itself is stunning — from stylish, immaculate rooms to sparkling pools and lush grounds. This isn’t just a hotel; it’s a complete experience where you’re truly cared for. Our stay was amazing! first we were upgraded to a room with a shared pool that was so much fun! its basicly like a private pool (5 rooms shared) but big not like the tiny private pools you get for one room. the hotel is perfect for relaxing, pool is great, the cleanless is top!! sparkling everywhere. breakfest was perfect. as Kosher keeping jews we had a great selection of raw fruits and veggies, coffee, juice . id defeinetly go there again. and its 10 minute drive from the only Kosher restaurant in Crete (yamanis)

Location was great , less than 30 min from the airport. Water was sport on the doorstep. Hotel itself was beautifully located .. on the hill , view was amazing! had many swimming pools , restaurants & bars . Breakfast was great . The late breakfast bar was very convenient! Hotel was fully booked while we were there, still didn’t feel crowded at all ! We all used the spa facilities, had full body massage, Polina , Dora and all other girls were really nice and friendly.

The hotel staff is amazingly professional. They go over and beyond to help and / or provide high quality service. As the building is accross the street from the sea it's literally just a few steps from the pool of the inner garden. You get a short free massage at the arrival and you can extend it for a fee. So we tried the wellness facility as well and had a great and relaxing experience. The rooms are clean and comfy and the food has many variations so you wont be eating the same things twice.

We had a great vacation at Creta Maris Resort. We spent 4 day's at the resort and enjoyed the beach and sea. The facilities at the resort were great and we could really relax. We booked breakfast in a restaurant which was excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed several treatments in the spa which were really quality.

Spacious apartments with own (heated) pool, very comfortable, clean and modern interior, exceedingly nice staff and varied delicious breakfast. Perfect place to go for relaxing and enjoying life.
