My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The entire property is incredibly beautiful – thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating an atmosphere where you instantly feel at ease. The food was absolutely outstanding – everything from the variety to the quality and presentation was perfect. Every course was a delight! What really stood out was the service: the entire team was not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt comfortable and welcome. A big thank you to the whole team – I’ll definitely be coming back! It’s a beautiful place, the food was good breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can order food and cocktails to the sunbeds from an app which was a really nice feature. Staff is very kind. We were on our honeymoon and we were so lucky that they upgraded our room our minute to one of the villas. Forever grateful.

We booked Knossos beach resort based on reviews, photos and the amazing packaged it offered. It exceeded all our expectations!! From the moment we arrived, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade along with our beach cabana. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were well looked after! We arrived early, early check in was not a problem. We well full inclusive for the entire stay (3 nights) and we didn't spend a penny!! Everything is included; amazing buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner at a very high quality, new food every day, always so fresh with great attention to detail, all our our snacks and drinks by the beach delivered right to our beach cabana were also included (cocktails, beer, food etc). We had wonderful massages in the spa area, we chose to eat in one of the restaurants (not included) for a special meal, you are given a discount and the food was incredible and very reasonably priced!! On our last day, our flight wasn't until 10pm, the hotel allowed us to stay until 6pm with an extra charge of €30, and we kept our all inclusive bands and cabana all day. Honestly, this place was truly so special, amazing sandy beaches, pure clean water, no noise, so quiet, no loud music, tranquil, clean, friendly and the most amazing greek food!! We will be back, it was one of the most relaxing stays I've ever had. Huge than you to Harris who went above and beyond to look after us!! The lovely waitress, Maria waitress, Dimitris beach bar manager, and wonderful massages from Evalina Spa. To the chef, we particularly enjoyed our buffet lunches! If you are thinking about booking - don't, just do it, you won't be disappointed! Karen and Ed

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was an issue and they were very content to engage in conversation. Breakfast choices were amazing, so much and the fruit smoothie juices were fabulous. The spa was amazing and is a must use, massages brilliant. Beds extremely comfortable and private jacuzzi is awesome.

Very close to the centre. Amazing pool and jacuzzi facilities that you got for 1hr each day (must book a time with the spa receptionist) along with a 15min free spa treatment. To use the sauna and steam room this is an extra cost, all this ensures that the pool and spa is never over crowded. The breakfast was superb. Friendly bar and spa staff. Room was large and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this new sparkling clean hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and prompt. We loved the complimentary hour at the spa 15 minutes massage.

Everything was brand new and clean. Breakfast was really good and included in the price. The spa is superb and quite so I could have the whole facility on my own. Since the hotel is new they offered me 1hour in the spa and 15min massage as a gift. That was lovely. Staff very very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
