Very friendly and helpful staff. They kept in touch with us before the check-in with WhatsApp to arrange transport from the port to the hotel. During our stay, we could also just WhatsApp message the staff for assistance and they will promptly reply. The constantly warm private small pool and the stream bath room are also nice.

My stay here was super! Great service from the nice personal. It had a very nice breakfast buffet. The beach is nearby, and it’s quiet and nice. Easy to rent something if you need to get around the island. Everything nearby like shops and restaurants. Very clean room, and you get all the help you need 24/7. Highly recommended.

They even took note of our request and ensured we got the best room available in our chosen category. The room itself was incredible, offering a unique and breathtaking view of the sunset—something you don't find just anywhere. The staff's timing was impeccable; they delivered our meal and cocktails just in time for us to enjoy the sunset from our room. The pool was fantastic, though it would have been even better if it were heated—just a minor detail in an otherwise perfect experience. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to this resort in the future. Once again, a big thumbs up to the staff for their excellent service.
