From the moment we arrived, we felt we were being looked after and truly on holiday. This relatively new hotel is built into the hillside in the pretty location of Plaka. All rooms have the most breathtaking view over towards Spinalonga and the coast so you can watch the little boats making their journeys. We had a room with a pool which is much larger than in other hotels. We also had a balcony area and ate there one night with the staff making it so romantic for us. The room was large with a Nespresso machine and twice a day staff checked for cleaning so we always had lovely fresh towels. There was also a turn down service too and a healthy option to the usual chocolate on the pillow! We loved the novel funicular which transports you up and down the floors. I used the gym which was great and also had my hair done twice by the most lovely visiting hairdresser, Fotini Kaltsou. The hotel arranged this. Jean at the spa was really helpful too. As other reviewers have stated, all the staff across the entire hotel are so friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything was incredible here and we are looking at possibly planning our wedding at the hotel.

Loved the property, truly spectacular all around family vacation. Large resort with several restaurants, teens club, gym, tennis court, nice beach, pool etc. Everything was clean, fun to drive around in the buggies. Beautiful rooms with big pool. the hotel area is wonderfull. The organization of the Easter celebration was on a high level. The breakfast is very various and delicious. But the breakfast box (in case of early departure) disappointed me. The hotel managment should review the possibility to add hot meal in the box as the package is allowed to do it and the hotel level gives an expectation of such care. But it's just a recommendation. Despite of that our stay was amazing.

Excellent service. Excellent spa. Heated pools. Beautiful clean sea. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa which was huge. Every room with its own shower and toilet. Very nice. The view from the villa was simply gorgeous. We enjoyed the free boat rides to the restaurants at Elounda mare. The Old mill and the yacht club are above and beyond. Very good food. The six senses spa is fantastic. Wellness packages are a good deal. Overall a wonderful vacation with lots of relaxation.

A great selection of food for breakfast and dinner (half board). The rooms were super stylish and comfortable. The service from the staff was amazing and everyone always greeted you with a smile. The staff were happy to help with extras such as bike hire. A great 10 minute massage for me and my fiancé as it was included in our booking. A private pool went down a treat with the hot weather! A well kept and clean resort. Would visit again! A perfect resort for couples.
