The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

We were offered free upgrade to the bigger Sugar villa and it was absolutely beautiful and I´m so thankful we were offered that. Staff at the reception is just so so nice. And the villa itself definitely exceeded my expectations in every possible way.

The location is amazing - very close to literally anything in the village. Everything within a walking distance. There is a clean pool and tasty breakfast included in the price. From what I saw there is also additionally charged dinner option available, which looks really tasty. Moreover, there is an option to buy drinking water for a very affordable price at the reception. The staff is really cheerful and will help in any situation.

We had included in the superb price quality-price the small de jun and dinner which were excellent in terms of taste, always fresh, the staff behaved great with us, very friendly, in addition to that, the swimming pool was very neat, a pretty good area to travel through this island with views that I really liked. In addition to that, there are cute cats nearby and at the hotel 😍🤣

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large balcony and excellent sea views. It was a short walk to the breakfast dining area and the breakfast choices were very good. It was also a very short walk to the beach and Mambo's which was an excellent restaurant overlooking the beach. I would definitely stay here again. A taxi from Heraklion to Bali cost about Euros70 and took about 45 minutes.

The location is accesible to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is nice and the staffs are very helpful especially with the receptionists when we were checking out and helping us chasing up our taxi in the early morning. Akso, the massage was relaxing
