Excellent lunch, wonderful service both at the restaurant, with the courteous assistants, and top compliments and grades to our concierge who kindly always went the extra mile to help in organizing our time in Tbilisi--including getting hard to find, last minute tickets to a memorable and famous puppet show and constantly making sure the venues we booked were actually open, and warning us promptly in case they weren't. So: noticeable extra care towards the patrons and guests on the hotel. Impressive. The location was marvellous, we loved the neighborhood, the little cafès like Entree, and the view from the top suite was idyllic. The atmosphere of the hotels was elegant and well curated, in its vintage allure, with touches of great taste in the decor and furniture.

The hotel felt luxurious, the value for money is exceptional. The interiors are very beautiful and modern, the breakfast had a large selection of delicious foods, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. In the room we had free teas, not just the usual sorts but very fine blends, and free daily chocolates. The hotel is located in a very nice part of the city, very central with easy access to most attractions, as well as restaurants and shops.

Probably the best hotel in Georgia. Friendly and properly trained staff. Everyone is welcoming and smiling. The territory of the hotel is insane good, with cinematic golf fields and trees as well as a lake, very very big space for walking and playing golf. The rooms are brand new, and everything is made for comfort and practicality: an automated curtain system, smart tv, smart bathroom, different light settings as well as an automatic "night light" . Gym has the latest Technogym machines. Brand new reformer pilates machines as well as aerial yoga equipment. Amazing pool and spa services. Pool outside is also heated. Amazing location, just 15 minutes from Tbilisi. We stayed in many hotels in Georgia and this was our best of the best experience! we will be coming back

The rooftop bar is really the top selling point. Great food and drinks and stunning view of the neighborhood. Otherwise: The spa/pool area was good (the massage is to be recommended). The rooms were fine. The breakfast was decent.

Great staff at the reception, great breakfasts, perfect housekeeping, fast room service. Very good location - on the city center, but it was very quiet at night. The spa was a little disappointing (too small, no relaxing music, a bit not cozy), although the staff was really friendly and helpful and the pool and sauna was clean.
